1st Annual Texoma Freedom Ride Spring 2010 Fundraising Event Will Be Held June 6, 2010
About the Event
- Who: The Grayson County Shelter has teamed up with the American Legion M.I.A. Post 231 Legion Riders to create an area wide Motorcycle Ride
- What: Motorcycle Ride benefiting the Grayson County Shelter
- When: Sunday June 6, 2010 from 10:00 - 4:00 p.m.
- Where: Loose Wheels in Denison, Texas one of the most popular venues in Grayson County.

The Event will include a Poker Ride, 5 Stops, Benefit Concert, 50/50 Prize, and Raffles to be held every 30 minutes until all prizes are awarded.
This Event will also host a Benefit Concert by a talented local band, Willie Kickit!
Willy Kickit is a midi backed trio capable of capable of providing professional entertainment at your next event. "WILLY KICKIT" is composed of Guitarist/Vocalist Mark Duvall, Keyboardist /Vocalist Joe Bob Jones and Vocalist/Guitarist JD Massengale. Mark, JD and Joe Bob each have over thirty years experience in the music business. They have worked as sidemen, produced and engineered sound for and performed with many major acts. Mark JD, and Joe Bob are baby boomers with strong musical influences primarily from the 60's & 70's.

Just ask any family that has been in a shelter...They'll tell you all about their experience. Good or Bad. Here at the Grayson Family Shelter it is our hope to extend a hand to those who are less fortunate and make a way for them to take that next step in their lives. For most it's the hardest time in their lives. The Good News is "We Can Make A Difference in the lives of our Homeless right here in Grayson County".
